Ream says it is her responsibility to educate people on the importance of exercise and a well-balanced diet, however she was not practicing herself.
She decided to finally do something about it and joined the Breakout Fitness team.
Her love for training grew once she started personal training with Mark, who taught her the foundation of exercise and nutrition. Ream has come a long way both physically and mentally and wants to pass on her learning to others.
Ream is determined to motivate others with their health and fitness and help them achieve their goals the same way she achieved her own.
