My name is Mark Halwani and I want to make it my personal mission to help you finally reach your weight and fat loss goals, the same way I have already done for 100's of others.
  
With our proven weight loss methods, coaching, support and accountability, it is nearly impossible for you to fail.

Our workouts go for 45 minutes to an hour and are always changing. They are a mix of high intensity weights, cardio, boxing, and circuit training for beginner to intermediate level people. 
Just show up, have the workout and leave feeling good. It's that easy, you just have to make up your mind right now, it is your time!

Mark Halwani
Mark has been training ever since he was 14. He has participated in a wide variety of martial arts since he was 4 and most recently developed an interest in power lifting.

Training for Mark has always started more about the mental strength and therapy it provides. He believes that training helps build the necessary skills you need to become the best version of yourself.

Mark says that the best skill he has to offer is his communication. Listening and understanding where you are and the ability to coach / guide you to where you want to be. 

He also has this stubborn ability not to give up which comes in handy when people try and give up, but then run into him!

Hanadi Dokmak
Hanadi has always had love for fitness and health, 5 years ago she turned that love into a career wanting to make a difference in people's lifestyle.

Her passion is helping and watching clients not only transform but achieve what they thought was impossible! Hanadi takes pride in seeing her clients progress and makes everyone feel part of the team.

Jenny Lam
Jenny's main goal is to help clients develop a love for training within the Breakout Fitness community.
